Do - Take a close-up photo of the technical label (data plate / VIN). - Ensure good lighting and clear focus. - Manually correct fields in the Review Asset form when needed. Avoid - Do not use full-machine 'context photos' for technical data capture. Scan Options - SCAN DATA PLATE / VIN: Uses the camera to capture and extract text from a data plate or VIN. - Take Photo: Captures general equipment images for reference (no data extraction). - Import Gallery: Processes an existing photo through AI analysis.

• Use the DATA EXPORTS section to generate CSV files for Excel or CMMS import. • Select your preferred export format or vendor profile. • Use Custom Templates when your CMMS is not listed: • Upload your own CSV or Excel template • Map template columns (Asset ID, Serial Number, etc.) • Create custom fields when needed (example: Custom Field_Asset Code) • Save and reuse template packs
